INTERNSHIP CUM TRAINEE (CONTROL SYSTEMS), FESTO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED I was given tasks on controlling robotic arm using the combination of codesys and ciros software where I introduced the use of delay function and on remapping the operational buttons usually present on an automated body or in an automated facility to operate and manage the required automation. The operation was carried out to meet the customer requirements and to provide sales and after sales services. These tasks were performed in PLC programming. I also gained an overview to the industrial pneumatic, hydraulics & electro-pneumatic control systems along with types of valves and cylinders with their safety operating conditions. 01/01/2020 – 31/01/2020
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING INTERN, NEW MANGALORE PORT TRUST I was involved in the activities and maintenance of reach stalker, mobile crane, oil jetty, procurement, material handling, finance, port traffic, crude oil discharge, slope reception, storage yard and was able to gain a perspective on logistics of crude oil. Performed tasks on cargo handling equipment from maintenance point of view and assisted the staff in handling and installing the components. I was involved in the process of ordering raw materials & inventory management and in increasing the efficiency.
Through this internship I effectively learned and applied HSE principles for the fire department staff so as keep them motivated and ready if an unwitting event has to occur within port premises. EDUCATION

Started working on performance analysis of bio lubricants in comparison with mineral lubricants. Mineral lubricants in general have a problem of disposability and contribute densely in exploiting earth’s resources. Bio lubricants being a sustainable form of lubricant, the disposable factors are more in favor of sustainability and provide better boundary properties thus leading to a well-defined deep drawn product with better material characteristics.
The comparison is specific to the deep drawing process, therefore, through this thesis, we aim to prove that bio lubricants in metal forming/deep drawing processes can improve the quality of the product both technically & visually with well layered and distributed technical properties which contributes to the life cycle of the product as compared with mineral lubricants.
