●Handling independently shift Lab and chemical Lab And
●Preparation of all chemicals standard solutions
●Quality controlling by maintaining the all physical parameters requirements for cement as per BIS norms and European norms and ASTM norms

●Coordinating with feeding supervisors & other subordinates for smooth functioning of Chemical Lab, Physical Lab and feeding section.
●Controlling the Raw mix, Clinker & cement Quality in shift as per given Target
●Coal analysis (ash,VM, moisture.cv.sulpher)
●Water analysis pH, conductivity,TDS, Hardness of water, chlorides.
