ACE

Client : MetLife, USA(Insurance domain)

Description : ACE is a web based application, driving under Complex project, which offers insurance products to its clients by associating them with an annuity contract. It handles all the activities right from the Quote generation process by Brokers through premium processing till payment distribution to the annuitant or to the contract holder. In the process ACE sends and receives extracts from a lot interfaces like GPM, PMACS, TMW/TWS, Met-check and Privacy Mailing. A testing of the extract files is done to ensure that the activities & transactions performed in ACE UI is recorded correctly in the extracts files.

Test team is validating the ACE platform to support Closeouts and Structured Settlement product, getting new business as well as to migrate existing business to the ACE platform from current mainframe based platforms. Roles and Responsibilities:

Techno-Functional Quality Analyst

o Worked as a Lead in Automation and as an important team player in manual testing.

o Understanding the requirements, reviewing the FRD. o Preparing the cost and effort analysis and based on basis of that preparing the estimates.

o Writing and reviewing test scripts for the manual test cases. o Creating and executing test scripts in selenium and also involve in analysing the test cases/Projects as suitable for automation.
