Responsibilities:

Setting up test environment based on client requirement.

To work with different client through the different UAT cycles by answering their technical questions and resolving issues if any.

If there is a code issue, reporting it to development team by raising a ticket.

Track the ticket and make sure the issue is addressed in the upcoming release.

Delivering the new release to client, if the issues reported are high priority.

Once all high priority issues are resolved, deploy the code changes in production.
