I have experience in creating mechanical designs from pre-design through construction documents, including load calculations, hydraulic piping, air distribution and exhaust, and control systems.

ROLE:

Work closely with the MEP team. The role will evolve from conceptual design through construction documentation and specification, including client and authority coordination. During Construction Supervision, review all relevant documentation and report discrepancies and non-compliance with respect to construction documents and the executed works. ensure the design is seamlessly conveyed to the site. Respond to RFIs, prepare and coordinate issuance of NCRs, assist in scheduling of construction activities, coordinate/review/approve shop drawings/as- built/materials/ mock-ups, witness testing and commissioning, and provide comment on product manufacturers and product specifications.
