Review plans and confer with support staff to develop new products or processes, recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.

Provide mold and fixture preventative maintenance. Maintain molds in running order. This includes and is not limited to robot auxiliary equipment. Change mold inserts and secondary equipment inserts and nesting (as equipment requires).

Diagnose and troubleshoot secondary equipment problems. Machine Maintenance and repair.

A high level of ability to troubleshoot processing problems, and make adjustments to make good parts.

Implemented and maintain 5S program (facilities management program).

Moving of product between warehouses via flatbed and 48’ box trailer.
