•ESR test manually and automated both on machines ( SRS-100 and SRS-20)

•Also doing Peripheral Morphology of all cases, Parasitic Identification with Parasitic Load.

• Also doing Thalassemia detection by Hemoglobin Electrophoresis and also doing serum protein electrophoresis by Cellulose Acetate Membrane Method on GENIOS MACHINE and also by HPLC (HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY TECHNIQUE) on VARIANT MACHINE with QC.

•Good Command on Microscopy of Blood film examination.

•I had performed different procedures on different analyzers (automated and manually) used in all departments of labs during clinical rotation.

INSTRUMENT HANDLING: Operate the instruments as per manual, evaluate the patient results and correlate flags and errors and maintenance of instrument as per schedule or requirement.

•BLOOD BANK: Performed blood grouping, cross matching, preparation of blood components, Screening of Donors, antibody screening and identification. NAT TESTING BY PCR etc and also did multiple procedures on multiple analyzers or kits.

•HEMATOLOGY: worked on CBC Analyzer SYSMEX, PT APTT, WBC count, Platelet count, Reticulocyte count, TLC, DLC etc manually, smear making etc
