Travancore Titanium Products Ltd is the leading manufacturer of anatase grade titanium dioxide in India. During this period I learned about the production of titanium dioxide.

Academic Project

TOPIC: Propane recovery from LPG and design of distillation column.

The project was carried out at Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Chennai.

The primary objective was the recovery of propane from LPG and the design of distillation column for product maximization.

The equipment design was carried out using McCabe Thiele method. TOPIC: Application of micro algae in wastewater treatment.

Presented a paper on the topic Application of microalgae in wastewater treatment at Adhiyamaan College of engineering.

Cultivation of micro algae using waste water helps in the removal of COD, nitrates and phosphates thereby aiding the safe disposal or usage of the wastewater.

Technical Skills
