Israel Perez Garcia has experience in the inspection process of complex welded parts and in the use of Non-Destructive Test (NDT) analysis techniques such as Magnetic, Dye Penetrant, and Ultrasonic testing in the manufacturing of rail vehicle major subassemblies. He is familiar with and has advanced experience in the creation of dimensional inspection reports using Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) methods. Israel has extensive working knowledge and has been responsible for the determination of root cause analyses, corrective actions, and implementation of preventive actions for non-conformances found in critical rail vehicle components.

Ensure that all major subassemblies of the LFLRVs meet the requirements of the engineering drawing and manufacturing standards. Follow all critical non-conformities observed and reported through use of the established Quality Notification process to ensure the necessary analysis and corrective actions are conducted to assure quality.
