Assessment of the effect of caffeine on antioxidant status and cholinergic enzymes in the brain of cognitive dysfunctional rats
Results:
It was observed that caffeine possess some properties that may protect cholinergic enzymes from being affected by oxidants or free radicals which may lead to cognitive dysfunction. Moderate consumption of caffeine is good for the brain.
