PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Designs, directs, and implements effective safety programs resulting in a consistently low EMR, LTRIR, and DART.

Manages various jobsite budgets. Purchases and tracks field safety equipment inventory.

Responsible for loss control prevention, property/vehicle damages, employee accidents, and near-miss incidents.

Manages safety responsibilities for up to 400 employees on various job sites and 200 employees at construction management offices. Implements and oversees safety standards are followed to reduce injuries and accidents (EMR .76% and LTRIR .66% DART .66%-Yr2020).

Provides new employees with safety orientation and coordinates training.
