ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engineer in HPDC.

• Planning about machine loading, alloy requirement and consumption, scheduling, communicating and coordinating activities.

• Daily monitoring production setting parameters in machine wise using control plan.

• Daily follow up on the production status and report to manager.

• Follow up die correction for regular and new product dies.

• Trimming tools follow up and implement in shop floor for to reduce battle necks of product flow

• Implement lean tools and daily monitor process measure.

• Daily interact to our die maintenance team give the die loading plan.

• Monthly present presentation (ppt format) to our management in review meeting like production plan vs. actual, consumption status, consumable usage, operator performance, rejection analysis using quality tools, machine utilization,etc.,.

• Monthly alloy planning and consumable planning.

• Updating changes in spare drawings.

• Comparing casting and machining drawing if at all to reduce machining stock in case of possibilities.

• Trouble shooting problems for increased casting defects like blow holes, Non-fill, etc.,
