Study on the Properties of Concrete by Fine Aggregate Replacement January 2017 - April 2017

●Made concrete blocks with admixtures like copper slag and stone dust without using any fine aggregates.

●Concrete blocks made of these materials are evaluated for strength, durability, ductility and bearing capacity of concrete.

●Led a four-member team to analyze and study different soil properties of soil samples.

Noise Measurement August 2016 - November 2016

●Built a noise barrier made up of different materials like rice husk, coconut fiber.

●Evaluated the barrier in different zones like silent zone and noise zone and observed that the noise has decreased when the barrier was used.

Pin Foundations September 2015 - December 2015

●Built economic precast concrete foundations called Pin Foundations that can resist Zone-4 earthquakes.

●Pre-casted a diamond shaped pier called as the head and installed it at the ground surface and drove Steel bearings through the head and into the ground.

●The strength and bearing capacity of the block is evaluated.
