JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
Monitoring and controlling the shop floor activities and completing daily production target to meet customer requirement and planning for any fluctuations of demand.
Planning and scheduling of job, allocating work as per scheduling and priority and monitoring daily and maintain daily production report.
Time study of the new launched product and line balancing,manpower requirement and productivity.
Establishment of time standard, capacity and manpower planning, workplace layout design and material handling design.
Controlling inventory level as per production plan.
Monitor production plan finish as per delivery plan.
5-S maintain on shop floor and give the training operator.
Maintain records of daily production, dispatch, rejection, rework, daily redbin analysis.
