Technology is an enabler of business strategy. Technology eco-system must be innovative, reliable, and secure to meet customers’ demands. Security is everybody’s role.

Building technology eco-system to enhance employee and customer experience is an Art and a partnership between IT and business. Teams must be coached and enabled to get better every day.

This included implementing Oracle BI tools to provide internal and external reporting requirements.

oTransformation program included 200 IBM resources and 100 internal resources from Finance, IT, Sales, and Marketing teams.
