Responsibilities

• Mechanical Maintenance of Hydraulic Pneumatic Systems of Slitting Line, Pickling Line, Cold Rolling Mill, Bell Annealing Furnace, Skin Pass Mill, Rewinding Line, Cut to Length Line & Over head Cranes.

• Support for all corrective and kpreventive maintenance activities and preventive maintenance activities of installed equipment. Implementation of maintenance plan in efficient and effective manner.

• Manage Production Critical Equipment records related to condition monitoring, failure histories analysis, trends, and vibration analysis to develop condition based maintenance plans, execution strategy in order to ensure asset integrity.
