Analysis of product movement and accordingly collect non-moving and near expiry stock details. Discuss with supplier to return and replace the expiries and nonmoving to minimize the loss of company.
Establish and maintain relationships with supporting pharmacist and other staffs to ensure mutually beneficial objectives are met.
Effective time management to ensure delivery of sales objectives
Ensure proper pharmacy display and merchandising at all time
Lead Learning & Development team and make sure all pharmacists and other staffs are equipped and competent by attending trainings. Evaluate weak area of staffs and provide on job trainings to improve skills and make them competent.
Interacting with the customer in a friendly and polite manner. Retained more than 30 percent of customers and improved customer service in order to improve revenue.
Lead Error reporting team and make sure all pharmacists are properly verifying prescriptions and reporting to the Doctors if any prescription error is found. Make sure patient safety and verify and record the reported errors for future references.
Involves in the purchase of cosmetics and certain general items. Revenue generation by display space renting and annual sales contract deals are fixed.
Special offers(promotions) in the company is planned and executed. Discuss with supplier for attractive offers and compensation mode. Make market survey and conduct offers monthly to attract customers to stores.
Manage Online Pharmacy Staff Operations & maintain stock par levels. Minimize time of delivery to improve customer satisfaction.
Duty roasters of retail staffs are taken care.
