Projects included: Construction of a Vacuum Liquids Recovery Plant that compresses and re-injects CO2 as a primary form of enhanced oil recovery (EOR); Propane Terminal: to receive via pipeline 60,000 bpd of market grade HD-5 propane with a 100,000-bpd maximum supply to pipeline. Crude Oil Terminal FEED for three types of Sweet Crude via pipeline to be stored in 12 – 350,000 bbl. API 650 crude oil storage tanks with Geodesic Domes to deliver crude oil to ships and barges with flow rates of 20,000 – 40,000 bph, to three loading berths.

Gas Plant - Dehydration System modifications to the existing Dehydration System to regenerate with residue gas at 500 psig, along with modifications for the depressurization of the beds from 900 to 500 psig. Expansion & Booster Compressor Station - CO2 gathering and compression facility expansion from 105 MM to 170 MM capacity.
