Role
• To start with studying Structural and Architectural drawing of a given project and calculating the Preliminary and Detailed PLASTERING area.
• By given drawings, preparing Shell drawing and then send it to client for approvals.
• After got approval, Preparing Formwork drawing in an economical way by using proper extrusions, Bill of Materials
(BOM) and Manufacturing drawing.
• Calculation of Accessories quantity.
• At last will send it to Production unit in lot wise and tracking it until the completion.
• After completion, Preparing packing list of materials and convey the dispatch details to Site team.
• In case of Modification Project, preparing detailed Direct and Modification list based on formwork drawing.
Projects Handled:
Some of the projects majorly involved on both Onsite and Offsite are, 1. INCOR PBEL CITY- Chennai
• Residential project-3044 Sqm comprises of G+13 floor includes 6 units,2 staircase and lift and our scope to design and supply formwork and accessories for typical floor.
• My roles were preparation of formwork designing for 4 units and finalize the required number of accessories backup.
• Also appeared On site for first setting typical floor by taking Responsibility of Site Execution based on given drawing. 2. IT PP L&W KHARADI- Pune
• Commercial IT Project comes around 15000 Sqm includes 4 basements, G+12 floors and our scope to design and supply formwork and accessories for both typical and non-typical units.
• As a team were appeared On-site, we got to complete whole formwork designing along with BOM.
3. CLOVER BUILDERS – Pune
• Residential Project – Our scope to design and supply formwork and accessories for Columns, Shear walls and Lift walls only.
• I appeared On-site, worked alone in this project comprises with an area of around 2500 Sqm.
• Attended Client meeting and meets their demand and made ensure that project to be done on specific time.
4. L&W NEXITY T20 – Hyderabad
• Commercial IT Project consists of G+12 floors include 8 lift and 3 staircase respectively and it was a Used material project hence our scope to design and prepare modification list.
• Appeared On-site, my roles were preparation of formwork designing
• Preparation of modification list based on inventory and issue it to Fabrication place in Lot wise.
• Frequent tracking of consumables required for fabrication work and update in a daily basis.
