To the Hiring Manager,

I'll start by introducing myself. My name is Leticia Garcia and I'd like to express my interest in the Receptionist position advertised.

My past work experience has been in a business office environment as well as in the customer service call center industry. I was employed at a Government Medical staffing Agency for 3 years. I was hired for the receptionist position and was cross trained in recruiting. In 6 months was promoted to assistant for the Director of Operations and also trained in for the Human Resources Assistant position. I was also employed at Pick n Pull Auto Parts temporarily as a title clerk and customer service representative for a year. I also worked as a customer service representative in 4 different customer service industries within 8 years. Some of my qualifications are skilled in listening and responding to customers needs and concerns, Ability to provide customers with information, Knowledge on taking orders,charges and overseeing billing and payments, Able to handle irate customers in a calm manner, while providing excellent customer service. On the business side I answered calls and directed them to the correct department, greeted all visitors in a professional and courteous manner, distributed all faxes and mail to the correct departments, maintained and ordered all office supplies, and maintained office equipment, maintained the reception area tidy including the conference rooms. I recruited, verified and interviewed potential employees, also made appointments and travel arrangements for the Director of Operations, as well as for all the company employees, Organized all meetings and conferences for the company, researched and prepared all the material and documents needed for meetings or job fairs. created spreadsheets and entered all info on spreadsheet for company projects, Filed all new and opened files at end of the day. I am bilingual in english and spanish ( read, write and speak). And I have many more skills. I feel confident that with my work experience and great work ethics makes me a good fit for the job. I have always believed in excellence and have dedicated myself to accomplish that goal and for that reason I will perform the job at or above the job expectations.
