A 10461 sq. m Jadeed Dastgir Ideal High school branch was designed by a leading architect Syed Bilal Qutb (Lahore) at People’s Colony Gujranwala. I was assigned to supervise the building construction under the architect’s instructions.

A Montessori school designed and supervised by me. The school was named as “THE LEARNING HUB”.

o It was designed in AutoCAD and rendered in 3D Studio Max. Covered area of that building was 610 sq. m and plot area were 1689 sq. m.

o A swimming pool with a depth of 3 foot also designed for nursery classes in this plot.

A 909 sq. m residential house was designed by me for the same client. Prepare working drawings model it in AutoCAD 2006 and rendered in 3D Studio Max.

In charge of the project budget for materials and manpower & ensuring the construction works as per shop drawings.

Daily management of up to 10 project staff and multiple subcontractors.

Formulated policies managed daily operations and planned the use of materials and human resources.

Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately for casting completion dates.

Providing independent professional advice and guidance to senior manager and third parties.
