Implementing quality initiatives like Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and Quality Find & fix

Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained across the site by preparing quality manuals, Work Instructions & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Provides QMS guidance, awareness, training for internal staffs & ensuring implementation / follow up on action plans from external & internal Quality audits.

Support to maintain the Safety requirements in the Quality department as per the requirements of global safety norms.

Responsible for ensuring ISO 14001:2015 Environmental system and ISO 45001: 2018Health and Safety practices in Quality Department as a co-ordinator for EMS.
