Monitor and execute Construction of High Rise Building & Proposed Residential Apartments.

Monitor and execute Construction of administration building, Ozonation room, Sludge sump, Pump house & Centrifuge house.

Monitor and execute Construction of FLATS, Ground level FLATsuch as Primary unit, basins, UASBR, Equalization Flat and Ozonation FLATS

Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.

Plan and provide BBS and quantities for the structures.

Prepare Estimation, sub-contractors bills and daily reports

Day-to-day management of the site's including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractor

Preparing & floating of tenders to contractors/sub contractors, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule.

Settling of all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.

Deploying review systems to manage execution as per effective techno-economic feasibility.

Overseeing client invoice submission, monitoring and following up of invoice payments.

Settlement of disputes with clients, contractors, Govt. and statutory bodies.
