Job Responsibilities:

Fully conversant with isometrics, P&ID’s and general drawings as built preparation and modification as per site requirements.

Complete installation Fabricated Structures, Piping Fabrication & Erection and Equipment.

Fit up and weld visual inspection (dimensional check and alignment) of pipe spools and supports as per isometric drawing at fabrication and installation.

Reading and explaining of General Arrangement Diagrams, P&ID Diagrams, Isometric Drawing

Responsible of plan, organize, execution of piping fabrication and erection works.

Allocation of material, man power and equipment for daily work activities.

Comfortable in piping material ASTM/ASME

Clearance of Fabrication and Erection protocols from clients

Site Co-ordination with contractor.

Client handling for project reviews.

Preparation measurement sheet and abstract for billing purpose.

Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.

Punch point clearance, mechanical clearance, hydro test & pneumatic test, flushing and finally box-up.
