Job Description:

• Process Planning and Handling all production activities.

• New Tool and Die development.

• Responsible for people handling in my shift.

•Coordination with manufacturing & production departments to meet monthly plan & product sale value achieving.

•Manage all operations to achieve production targets to meet customer demands.

•Scheduling & planning of production on monthly, weekly, & daily basis.

• planning of raw material requirement.

•Daily maintaining DRM & coordinate with production to get the best planning results daily review inventory, to achieve both daily & monthly targets.

•Making & updating control plan, process flow chart, PFMEA as per 4M changes.

•Visual inspection. & handled line inspection First off & Final inspection.

•Responsible for rejection components & reducing rejection value.

•Knowledge on operation of tool room machines (Lathe, Milling, SG, Wire cut etc….).

• 5s maintain in tool room and shop floor.

Projects (Lucas Tvs):

•Successfully established the various packed laminations for car starter product for Tata Motors.

•Implementation of PACKED LAMINATION CORE with 5 stage including the semi piercing & optional piercing technique actuated using the Rapid Response Cylinder with PLC.

•Implementation of spiral stator core winding & Reverting technique.

•Successfully implemented & proved the YOKE SIZING component in four way cam process. By means of that drilling & manpower time saved.

•Tool changeover time reduced by introducing setting & butting blocks.

•Establishing FIRST IN FIRST OUT method for component dispatch with 100% quality.
