Roles andresponsibilities
Carrying out necessary tests on starting and packaging materials, intermediate, bulk, and finished products.
Sampling packaging materials, raw materials and finished products.
Maintaining updated quality control records and data.
Preparing necessary analytical reagents and ensuring that reagents that have reached their validity period are well destroyed/disposed.
Preparing working reference standards.
Machine calibration; UV-Vis spectrophotometer, HPLC, Melting/boiling point apparatus, Digital hardness tester, and pH meter.
Taking part in the developing and writing of sampling instructions, material/product specifications, test methods and other QC procedures.
Maintaining laboratory equipment.
Any other duties assigned by the department head.
