JINDAL STAINLESS LIMITED.is a stainless steel flat products manufacturing group. Its main product is stainless steel sheets and steel pipes,also made utensils of steel sheets. Jindal Steel Plant produces a wide range of Cold Rolled coils and Cut lengths (sheets) in Austenitic & Duplex grades of Stainless Stee(200 & 300&400 series grades)of thickness from

0.27 mm to 4.00 mm and width up to 1500 mm. In CRM unit it has ZMILL,CAPL(cold annealing and pickling line),HAPL(hot annealing and pickling line),HPL,CRS(cold rolled slitting line),CBL(coil buildup line),CTL,SPM.

Preparation of MIS for shift production, WIP report, Production and line Efficiency report etc.

Preparation of MIN stock report for material inventory for much need material for line.

Knowledge of SAP &EXCEL,TDS &ERP.

Analyzing the Annealing defects of materials with quick interval and try to solve without breakdown of the equipment.

Know about the specific tension at Entry and Exit looper, Furnace as well as Uncoiler and Recoiler as per gauge.

Know about annealing temperature as per Grade.

Maintain the muffle pressure with the help of ammonia and nitrogen flow.

Know about line maintenance as per SOP.

Co-ordination with Electrical and Mechanical dept. to have continuity of process and smooth running of the lines and equipment’s.

Proper manpower handling as per required.

Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity and quality with minimum consumption of material & machine and monitoring the expenses.

Supervising workmen on the Shop floor and ensuring the quality of products manufactured.

Safety ensures and plant housekeeping.

To maintain discipline of the plant and to motivate the worker’s to get best efforts.

Managing raw materials procurement and timely supply of required material at site to ensure unobstructed production purpose.

Maintain logbook in shift, reporting to HOD.
