P.G Final Year Project: “Design and Analysis of a sewage pipeline cleaning and inspection Robot”

Project Description:

Designed and developed the working prototype of a sewage pipeline cleaning robot using SOLID WORKS. The same was simulated in ADAMS and analyzed for dynamic and kinematic analysis. After the simulation, the design was fabricated and tested in various scenarios and presented in the National Conference on Recent Advances in Materials and Manufacturing (RAMM 2015). This project was also published in the following book- Advances in Simulation, Product Design and Development- Proceedings of AIMDTR 2018 (Springer Publication).

U.G. Final Year Project: “Attachment to Bore a Smaller ID Tee IN BHEL TRICHY” Project Description:

During the boring process, while machining the work piece was initially gouged. But the gouging alters the property of the work piece, so I designed a fixture tee and attached it to the boring spindle. It reduces the working time and tool wear and thus, the overall process cost is greatly reduced as well.

U.G. Mini Project: “Automatic LPG gas booking System GSM” Project Description:

As the consumer uses the LPG from the cylinder, the weight of the cylinder reduces. The Proximity Sensor introduced in the cylinder, notifies the consumer to book the next cylinder when the LPG reaches a certain low level. INDUSTRIAL TRAININGS AND VISITS:
