FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Operations: Addressing and ensuring maximum card holder uptime and cash availability 24X7. Assisting in the design process & implementation in filed with the help of channel partner. Suggesting improvements in the operations and process to make the system foolproof. Handling Customer escalation very efficiently. Response on time and under TAT, Resolve customer dispute as per agreement and RBI guidelines.

Designed reconciliation process and conclude customer dispute amount case to case basis.

Reconciliation of ATM EOD to EOD with physical cash and ATM counter along with ATM Admin counter.

Set Business rule for customer.

Set Scope of work for channel partner.

Monitoring ATM channel cash.

Monitoring Number of loading of each ATM and ensuring not to exceed as per agreed by us with channel partner.

Set the parameter of caretaker, housekeeping and Site repair agency to monitor their performance.

Evaluate performance of CT/HSK and site repair agency on month to month basis.

Save revenue to transit ATM from high cost to low cost.

Custodian Evaluation and basis on the review monthly operations performance.

Set the Process for vendor and Channel partner.

Special focus and attention on high and low dispense ATM.

Performance: Addressing problem to team to achieve ATM performance & ensuring maximum cash availability as per only trend dispense history. Suggesting improvements in the operations and processes to make the system foolproof. Focus & Control on the financial impact.
