Research work carried out
Title : Computational and Experimental Analysis of Pressure Swirl Atomizer. Description : This work describes the spray distribution of pressure swirl atomizer. Initially by computational analysis swirl angle, swirl chamber volumes, convergent duct and pressure has been varied to optimize the design of an atomizer. Designed atomizer is subjected to spray test experimentally by using mechanical patternator. Experimental results describe the effect of pressure on spray distribution and spray cone angle.
