RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure gas test is being conducted as require by the task risk assessment and be sure gas monitor is io Giving induction training to workers, including evacuation & emergency procedures. Display of the necessarily numbers in the worksite and ensure workers regular compliance of personal protective equipment’s including the mandatory use of gas monitor & gas mask in case of gas leakage.

• Be sure permit is being obtained, revalidated daily as required for a certain task to be carried out and creating awareness of life protection rules (LSR's) to workers.

• Ensure workers Evacuation from the worksite during holiday test, such as hydro pressure & radiography testing.

• Focusing on workers during heat stress & giving them orientation/awareness about heat stress syndromes, precautions and control measures.

• Ensure lock-out tag-out procedures are strictly followed whenever isolation on a mechanical, electrical equipment & pressure activities is being carried out.
