WORK EXPERIENCE:

AQUASAB Engineering UNIT IV* - Coimbatore.

I have 10-Months work experience as a CNC Setter and CNC Programmer in CNC Press Tool Department. Here, I deal with Press Tools creation for Borewell submersible Pump components using Turning and Milling Machines. The primary roles are Creating scripts and Tool Setting for the machines to understand the designs. Also, I got training for Press Tool designing concepts in AutoCAD and worked 2-Months experience as a Press Tool Designer.

PROJECT DETAILS:

MINI PROJECT:

1. Created 3D models of Universal Joint using Solid Works in 5th Semester. 2. Design and Fabrication of Mechanical Paint Removing Tools at 6th semester using Catia v5-Mechanical Design. This tool is used to remove the existing paint from the wall before repainting.

MAIN PROJECT: Design and Failure Analysis of Gearbox Output Shaft at 8th semester using Catia v5-Mechanical Design. It was done in Seshasayee Paper and Boards limited. Due to the sudden speed variations of the rolling shaft, it got damage frequently. To avoid the shaft failure, we have changed the shaft parameters as per the Failure analysis details, the output shaft can withstand up to 2 tons with different stages of speed variations.
