Djezzy is the biggest telecommunication and network operator in Algeria. As a Fraud data analyst, I had the responsibility of conducting multiple tasks within g the company:

- Analyzing and scrutinizing data received from var- ious internal and external sources to make sound

decisions from a fraud prevention perspective.

- Using fraud environment systems to help the com- pany detect, investigate and monitor fraud both inter- nally and externally.

- Create periodic reporting of model risk metrics or initiatives.

- Aligns risk and control processes into everyday Mon- itoring responsibilities.

- Mitigate risk, and in case of findings escalate the risk appropriately.

- Design and implement solutions and changes to cur- rent processes to reduce fraud.

- Along with the team I participate in brainstorming solutions to key fraud issues with key management

personally.

- Participate in international forum discussions per- taining to fraud issues and solutions.

- Set up and implement statistical reports with regard to fraud activities.

- Implemented a novel internal system drawing from different source of data using new machine learning approach, coupled with big data tools to detect, elim- inate and report fraud activities.

- Implemented a novel intelligent system to detect, and eliminate SMS related fraud with unprecedented success rate that reduced this type of fraud to zero up until now saving the company 500,000 USD withing

a period of 6 months.

- Manged a digital advertising project ensuring upon job completion, proper documentation, and testing
