Job profile

My Primary responsibility are but not limited to

Process Planning, layout creation, build sequence preparation Cycle time calculation, defining quality acceptance criteria and material handling concept planning in Paint, final Q/a inspection.

The Final Techno-commercial comparison for All equipment like Jigs, Paint and chemical material l handling equipment, sealing, safety equipment etc Installation, commissioning and post installation support etc.

To Manage Engineering changes at various levels during project execution.

Making time plan for entire Project activities including the support activities from various department like Design, manufacturing, Quality, material planning, logistics, Civil, utility, maintenance and monitoring the same for successful execution.

Lead production activities during ramp up phase and handing over to manufacturing.

standardizing the process of new product introduction related to project planning

Preparing Process control charts, PFMEA as well as conducting process audits for in-house & vendor paint shops.

Testing of paint & painted parts as per standards.

Shade panel approval for new batches and new shades in paint shop.

Development and trials of new Batches / shades / products on line and approval / implementation of the same considering its cost and Quality effectiveness

Designing & developing painting process stages & parameters with required quality specifications and lower costs & conducting trials to establish for mass production.

Executing Lean Manufacturing in painting, lines to reduce material & operating costs & improve productivity through optimization in paint, chemical, energy & power consumptions.

Learning & implementing technologies in painting processes to reduce costs & improve quality like CED coating

Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same.

Planning and effecting predictive, preventive & mechanical maintenance schedules of various equipment to increase machine up time/ equipment reliability, there by accomplishing planned production targets.

Quality Assurances

Implementing measures, to ensure high quality standards at all the stages of production.

Conducting quality audits and coordinating with various departments for ensuring compliance with ISO and other statutory quality standards.

Prepare documentation, quality manual, quality procedures, work instruction, quality-auditing etc. Ensuring that the quality norms are met for the final product manufactured
