• Training and development: I have trained graduates who have joined the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division within the International telegraphic transfers (ITTs) department at Standard Bank. This involved product and the payment processing application, SharePoint Administration and Tracking System, reserve bank exchange control knowledge and understating.
