First Assistant Manager

Began as a crew member and within 18 months was promoted to a SPOD General Manager within Walmart. Stayed in this position for one-year and then was promoted to First Assistant Manager in a traditional store (yearly sales of 3.3M / year) with over 50 crew members, averaging 12k daily transactions.

Directly supports the general manager to develop a team focused on delivering great customer experiences with profitable sales.

Create and manage the schedule for 50+ crew members, ensuring that the restaurant is properly staffed to meet both the slow and peak times, ensuring consistent service. Process payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly and timely.

Manage the hiring process from sourcing candidates, interviewing and onboarding to ensure their paperwork (I9’s and screenings) is completed and they are ready to begin their training.
