First Assistant Manager

Began as a crew member and within 18 months was promoted to a SPOD General Manager within Walmart. Stayed in this position for one-year and then was promoted to First Assistant Manager in a traditional store (yearly sales of 3.3M / year) with over 50 crew members, averaging 12k daily transactions.

Directly supports the general manager to develop a team focused on delivering great customer experiences with profitable sales.

Create and manage the schedule for 50+ crew members, ensuring that the restaurant is properly staffed to meet both the slow and peak times, ensuring consistent service. Process payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly and timely.
