• Project Leader to implement engineering change for a low sale volume aircraft, the project was implemented in 8 months with DWG review, creation of new part numbers, structural analysis and the result was a 10K savings the first year with effective coordination of 3 designers for project completion.
• Implement a zero-defect process on design department, the process results on reducing a project analysis and completion by 12 days.
• Implement a FMEA project alongside EHS department but for safety (SFMEA), project was implemented on site and 20+ projects and improvements where made with this analysis the first year helping plant goal of zero accidents.
