Design and Manufacturing of 360 Degree Spring Pallet Loader

The 360-degree spring pallet loader is the automatic, self-leveling, spring pallet

leveller that makes loading and unloading faster safer and easier.

In India, manufacturing companies uses the pallet jack, electric tug and other equipments

for material handling. But the efforts required to load and unload the material cause

injuries which sometimes results to be fatal. To overcome these issues, we can use the

360-degree spring pallet loader.

In this project our objective is to reduce

injuries associated with loading pallets at the floor level

and also to improve work productivity.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY

Have been part of large social welfare group YEKJAH- basically a platform where we

develop a friendly relationship for the people away from home to feel like home. Been

like organizing

in the organizing team, personally lead many events for the group
