Bakery Clerk: A position responsible for helping customers with orders or questions they may have about products within the bakery department. In addition, this position may help open or close the store, restock the case, assemble, and price desserts, as well as assist with customers’ phone calls.

The University Center Club at FSU - Tallahassee, FL August 2018 - October 1, 2018

Bakery Assistant: A position responsible for prepping for large banquets and parties, as well as FSU football game high-volume VIP parties. Tasks include counting and panning bakery goods, decorating and arranging dessert platters, designing dessert plate-ups, and creating daily featured desserts for Doak Campbell Stadium’s VIP restaurant.
