Design review and technical specification related to MEP Works, equipments & systems prepared

by Consultant & EPCs.

Participation of Techno-Commercial, Progress Review, Co-ordination Meetings with In-House,

respective Vendors, Consultants as well as Client.

Managing and leading MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from

Groundbreaking through Commissioning), preparing progress reports, tracking & monitoring

progress. Accordingly recommendation to Senior Management.

Assisting scheduling department for developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation

activities including cost & resource loading.

Floating of enquires to specialized MEP Agencies, Evaluation of Techno Commercial Offers &

finalization of Sub Contracts keeping in view of Project Schedule & Company Quality Standards.

Support to our Purchase Department / team for purchasing MEP Items in various ongoing

projects.

Visit at Site to support our Site Engineers by providing needful assistance about Engineering and

Commercial inputs / actions.

Collecting MIS Reports & DPRs from various project sites and presenting them to higher

management for further planning / evaluation and other actions.

Monitoring and evaluation of projects to check its progress and achievements of milestones

identify problems and recognize the need for change or amendment, whether it is material or

work.

Finalization of Billing Break Up (BBU) & checking Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for supplying items,

equipment & auxiliaries under MEP works as per contract & requirement for project sites.

Raising RFI (Request for Information) to consultants based on GFC (Good for Construction)

drawings, resolve the pending design issues at site level with the help of design and EPC

Consultant.

Review of Basic Engineering, Finalization of Purchase Specifications of Equipment, Scope, BOQ

etc. in consultation of Engineering Consultant and Project site.

Coordination and follow-up for the technical issues with Consultant, Suppliers & also with our

Site-Incharges regarding engineering drawings / documents.

Reviewing & preparing comments on 2D drawings and 3D modeling, drawings/documents for

approval along with proper management of these drawings/documents submission by Suppliers &

Consultants and their distribution to project sites.

Finalization of Billing Break Up (BBU) & checking Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for supplying equipment

& auxiliaries under any particular package as per contract & requirement for project sites.

Raising inspection calls to our third party inspectors or waived off whenever needed and

reviewing of inspection reports of equipment & auxiliaries.

Technical checking of Vendors MDCC requests for supplying materials to our project sites.

Establish and monitor ERP system

Lead weekly/monthly Master Production Schedule meetings.

Create weekly/monthly reports and KPIs.

Supervising in pre-commissioning, commissioning activities for mechanical stationary and rotating

equipment.

Education:

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India with

score 75% (2010-14)
