Managing QA/QC activities to maintain and improve quality of work without any appreciable increase in cost and time.

Performing inspection activities that will not against the company policy and requirements.

Controlling the welding of joints according to isometric drawings and checking diameter, thickness, drawing number and class in Welding Progress Report.

Daily joint Fit-Up inspection for Proper Root Gap, Bevel Angle, Checking with the isometric drawing for proper orientation and giving clearance for welding.

Verification of welders JCC (Job Clearance Card) whether qualified welders are engaged for the Job.

Checking proper preheat has been maintained prior to start of welding.

Selectionof Welded Joints for NDT on weekly basis as per piping class and giving clearance for painting and further spool erection.

Daily production welding joint inspection.
