Assisted more than 3,000 people training, decontamination, and avoidance in chemical operations,. Handled daily key control of company size team. Conducted a President visit to Fort Bliss. Helped deploy and redeploy a Battalion and as well deploy and redeploy to and from Iraq. Acted as the liaison between the Brigade and Battalion for supplies and troop. Selected over five other SSG’s to perform BDE LNO Duty. Assisted in the reception of numerous new pieces of equipment and their integration into Battalion Tactical Operations Center. Trained two soldiers on Battle Staff resulting in one becoming the honor graduate of his Battle Staff Course; the other was on the commandant list top 10% of the class.

Battalion Chemical Senior Personnel Manager August 2002 - December 2008

US Army, Yongsan, Camp Casey, Camp Page, Camp Humphreys and Camp Red Cloud, ROK

Served as the nuclear, biological, chemical NCO in the most forward deployed combat support Military Police Company in Korea.

Provided technical and tactical training for a company of over 200 US and Korean Augmentees to the US Army at four geographically separate installations.

Developed a plan to train and certify the company’s NBC Teams.

Motivated section soldier to obtain the Army Physical Fitness Test badge for Physical Fitness excellence.

Coordinated with the BN and planned an exceptional NBC Decontamination training for company Field Training Exercise.

Developed the companies NBC Standard Operations Procedures and the NBC portion of the company Tactical Standard Operations Procedures. Flawlessly led HQ Platoon for five months.

Worked with the motor pool to complete all calibration ahead of schedule.

Selected over six of his peers to perform duties as Headquarters Platoon Sergeant, normally a Sergeant First Class position.

Mentored soldiers to win the company Soldier of the Month and Battalion Soldier of the Quarter board. Trained over 40 soldiers to participate in a Brigade level NBC exercise were all soldiers received an overall first time go for assigned tasks. Trained Korean Augmentees to the US Army soldiers to efficiently and effectively run the NBC operations with little or no guidance. Trained and mentored two KATUSA (Korean Augmentees to the US Army) soldiers to operate the NBC section in my absence. Both receive coins from the CG, EUSA Commander, BDE Commander, BN Commander, and a coin and an Army Accommodation Medal from the company commander.

Improved the Battalion’s NBC SOP. Prepared and trained the Battalion’s NBC team in competing for the BDE’s annual Dragon Stakes competition. Winning second place.

Selected at the Eighth Army level as the primary trainer to teach and field all new NBC equipment in the Korean Theater.

Led After Action Review’s as an Observer/ Controller for six EXEVALS.

Simultaneously preformed duties as BN NBC NCO and Maneuver and Mobility NCO during a MACOM level exercise.

Oversaw preparations for a NBC inspections for two subordinate units which resulted in one unit receiving a commendable rating during their AAME (Army Award for Maintenance Excellence) for FY 07.

Earned accolades and a coin of Excellence from the EUSA Commander for superior NBC section during FY 07 AAME (Army Award for Maintenance Excellence Competition).

Chosen above peers and seniors to instruct 36 personal in the Battle Staff Course.

Reconnaissance Senior Personnel Supervisor February 1999 - August 2002
