TECHNICAL RECORD ASSISTANT Jan’14-Aug’14

As a Technical Record Assistant, my role is to assist various Airlines on the lease returns or sale of the aircraft, to ensure projects are delivered as scheduled.

Document Storage and archiving. Review/Audit various maintenance documents to build the compliance for Ads, SBs, Hard Time/OCCM component, Engine/Gear LLPs, LDND, CPCP, SIs etc. for various clients of FLYdocs.

Preparation of Current statuses for the OCCM, Hard time, EMA-GGA, Life vest, Repair, Ads, MODs, Assemblies.

Manage and conduct audit to ensure aircraft and component usage data accuracy such as Time Since New & Cycle Since New.

Verify and ensure that all Components are correctly setup in accordance with Component Acceptance Data Standards.

Quality audit for all scanned documents and Migration to FLYdocs system

Fleet management and Records management.
