Conducting the Audits Process, Initial supplier Assessment & New Product Development audits.

Analysis of Supplier Performance / Quality Rating.

Co ordinate the supplier awareness training programs for SPC / 7QC / 5S & Kaizen.

Handling the Supplier Quality issues by using the Problem solving techniques.

Monitoring the Supplier PPM trend & guide the suppliers to achieve the ‘Zero’ PPM.

Involving Root Cause Analysis to find out problem & validate the 8D Reports with Supplier.

Continual improvements by implementing the Kaizen & Poke yoke

Responsibilities for all process and ensure the quality of products as per specification.

Work on the continuous improvement of the process to achieve the quality, cycle time and cost reduction of goal.

Manpower planning and optimum utilization of resources .

Reduce the process rejection for raw material defects.
