Carry out all procurement activities for pipes and fitting, valves, special items in the projects.

Follow up status of work & compare planned and actual figures Follow up installed quantities Keeping track record of increasing of quantity w.r.t BOQ.

Review and approve drawings, specification, and technical documents for all static mechanical and piping design related work.

Responsible for the design, specification, selection, and services relating to static mechanical and packaged equipment, and piping.

Handle 3 fabrication contractor by allocating job for proper fabrication by giving and explaining shop drawing.

Manage the bending operators by giving priority-based job and explain the bending angle/length.

Managing the 9tank powder coating and paint shop by giving priority of the panels, enclosures and shaft doors and also provide the detail and clear the color running in process.

Using Auto CAD/Solid Works for sheet metal punching (AMADA CNC Machine).

Maintaining drawing making/released records and fabrication records in Excel up to date.

Prepare Auto/Manual nesting for maximum use of sheet with minimum scrape.

Making excel sheet for previous day total cutting sheets on CNC machine with sheet thickness and programming time.
