Job Descriptions:

Responsible for preparing and submission of Method Statements, Project Quality Plan/Quality Control Plan and Material Approval Requests (MAR’s).

Responsible for submission, closing and upgrading of Work Inspection Requests

(WIR’s) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR’s).

Check and review the plans and specifications for the proper construction and quality implementation at site and factory.

Perform pre-inspection both site and factory to ensure that work are within the stan- dard in conformance to applicable drawings and specifications.

Conduct final inspection both site and factory prior to proceed to next activities and other succeeding work activities that require step by step inspection as per inspec- tion and testing procedures (I.T.P.).

Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being im- plemented by the construction group.

Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
