Key Deliverables:

Hardware Testing of Prototype PCB’s, Assembly and Basic Tests, performance testing and validation

Software Validation and calibration of test units

Replace malfunctioning PCB boards (main, power, etc.) modify PCB boards down to SMT level. Replace malfunctioning LCD panels replace damaged cosmetics including bezel covers, back covers, and handles.

Utilize service manuals and schematics while troubleshooting to determine the root cause of malfunctioning units.

Reassemble units to manufacturer specifications, update product software and administer quality control tests on repaired units for quality assurance.

Utilize sap to process work orders, check stock quantities, product locations and placing orders for parts.
