Documentaion Skills

Prepare of QAP for the job as per codes, standards and project specification

MOM Preparation for witness document, 8D Preparation

DMR Document Preparation for defective material

Documenting all process planning sheets, supplier quality data sheets, purchase specifications, and all inspection requirements.

Prepare and Submit Field Inspection Report (FR), Inspection Report (IR) and Release Note (RN) as per Client Approved Inspection Test Plan, Purchase Order, Client Specifications and Codes & Standards

Quality activities

Responsible for all activities related with production and Raw material requirements planning and its Quality

Inspection of Incoming Materials & Reviewing Test Certificates As per Code and Standard

Monitoring calibration status of Quality instruments

Repair & Rework hours monitored and taking corrective action

Dimensional Inspection Carried Out as per Drawings and Inspection Test Plan Liaison with all suppliers on quality matters

Monitoring Weather Conditions Suitability for Blasting and Painting

Ensuring Current Paint System, Color Code, Coating System and Coating Interval Including Calculation of Dry Film Thickness (DFT) and Witnessing WET Film Thickness (WFT)
