Biogas from Water Hyacinth

Undergone 2 months of a project at Mount Bethany English HSS. The project was to develop the idea for the production of biogas from water hyacinth. The Eichhornia crassipes was anaerobically digested with two-staged rumen and slurry. The plant is a real threat to the water world as it absorbs all the oxygen in water bodies, and it leads to the depletion of animals and plants under the water. Food Waste Management

Undertaken 2 months on a project about food waste management at Lovely Professional University. Collected the data about the amount of food wastage daily from the hostel mess and kiosks. The proposed food waste management strategy was to collect food waste daily and convert it into biogas. This method is not only a useful food waste managing method, but a cost-efficient one too. Cosmetic Technology:

Undergone a project at Lovely Professional University about the various types of chemicals used in cosmetics and the different kinds of problems caused by these. The increased use of cosmetics day by day makes this project important. Most of the chemicals used in cosmetics are carcinogenic. STRENGTHS
