Description: Varroc is a Global automotive component manufacturer and supplier of exterior lighting systems, power trains, electrical and electronics, body and chassis parts to passenger car and motor cycle segments worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Through internal ticketing system connecting tickets and resolving them at the earliest according to the SLA time frames. Tickets may include enhancements, configuration changes, master data changes.

Resolving issues in the areas of Finance.

Providing production support to the users at all levels to run the flow smoothly.

Coordinating with the Technical team as well as onsite team to resolve the issues and to run trouble shooting procedure.
